Unleash your INNER HERO and support those with disabilities at the BASCA CapeABILITIES 5K!

Join us for the 13th Annual BASCA Cape”ABILITIES” 5K/1M fun walk on September 27, 2025 at 8:00AM in Orange Park, FL. This family-friendly event invites participants of all ages and abilities to Run, Walk or Roll for a great cause!

Get ready to put on your CAPE and show your support for people of ALL abilities! Registration kicks off at 7:00 AM, with the race starting at 8:00 AM for all runners. Enjoy a scenic 3.1 mile course or a 1 Mile Fun Run through historic Orange Park. All runners receive a commemorative race T-shirt* and finisher medial. Runners participating in the 5K are eligible for overall and age group awards. Additionally, chip timing and finish line photos are available for all 5K and Fun Run runners.

BASCA is thrilled to have Ainsleys Angels participating in this years CapeABILITIES 5K and Fun Run!

BASCA serves adults with intellectual and developmental differences by providing residential services, vocational training, life skills programs and community inclusion activities.

**This fundraiser will be used to install emergency generators in our group homes, ensuring our clients are safe and comfortable during storms!!**
