Description Beau’s Buddies Cancer Fund is back again with our annual Turkey Trot for Tots. All money raised stays in eastern NC to assist families that are battling cancer. Our race will be held on Thanksgiving Day (11/28/24), starting at 8:00 am. Hosted by Fleet Feet Greenville.
