Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series will provide complimentary bibs, shirt and race medals for our Angel Riders. However, Angel Teams (Angel Rider and at least one, but preferably two Angel Runners) must commit for race participation no later than 30 days PRIOR to the event by emailing the Ambassador with their full name, birth date, and distance they have registered or plan to run.  Interested participants must be a registered Angel at www.AinsleysAngels.org and have sufficiently practiced with the Angel Riders in our chariots prior to the Rock ‘n’ Roll race event.  This is critically important for the safety and comfort of not only our Angel Riders but our Angel Runners as well.  Similar to the concept of not trying out new gear on race day, it it doubly important when it comes our chariots and our precious Angel Rider.

Virtual 1/2 Marathon:

The official race day is November 3rd.
Registration will be open through November 1st.
To maintain the spirit of traditional races, we believe a medal should be earned by finishing the race. We verify that by requiring that you report a finish time and route, either on our social media pages or via email. If you do not report a time, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A MEDAL. You have a one month grace period to report your time following the race. The last day to submit your time is December 3, 2018.

As far as we’re concerned, race day is as listed above and we anticipate that most people will race that day – BUT – the advantage of having a virtual race is you can do it when and where works best for you. So it’s up to you. Because we strive to honor the tradition of in-person races, you’ll receive messages as if that is race day for you, but just know that we’re okay with it if you need to do something different.

All Virtual 1/2 Marathon runners will receive a finishers medal when they submit their finish time and route. Please post your running route on our social media pages or via email.
