Ainsley’s Angels Family how cool is this 10K medal\, it spins\, it glows in the dark\, and it’s HUGE!!  Coastal Race Production’s Race Directors have opened up their race and are allowing us to come and have some fun. For Safety of the rider and runner\, Coastal Race Productions has asked that we roll in the 10K\, due to narrow roads and space on the course being limited. DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a family friendly 5k at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center Parking Lot in West Monroe\, LA. Race Day packet pick up is onsite from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The race starts at 5:30 pm. Packets consist of a race specific shirt and each finisher will receive a race specific medal. The race is open to all runners and walkers.
