DESCRIPTION:NCI is participating in this event. You can come hang out and get in as many miles as you want. Are you training for a 1/2 or Full Marathon? Here is an opportunity to get in some miles with no pressure. Let Kristy or Misty know if you are interested.Choose to do the Dirt Trail Course or the Paved Course!!What better way to celebrate the Hot Summer Days in a Shaded Park.
